Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance to secure your preferred dates and room type. However, we can accommodate last-minute reservations subject to availability. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and digital payment methods. Deposits are required to confirm bookings, with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Yes! All accommodations include three daily nutritious, gourmet meals prepared fresh daily. We accommodate dietary restrictions and special meal requests. Please inform us at the time of booking.
Yes! Family members and friends can stay in our facilities at an additional nightly rate. Please note that only paying guests who have reserved accommodations are permitted. All guests must follow house rules.
Absolutely! All stays include 7 transports = 1-Check-in pick up from airport or pre op, 2-Drop off to surgery, 3-Pick up from surgery, 4-Medication pick up, 5-Day one post op drop off, 6-Day one post op pick up and 7- Check- out drop off at Airport, surgery center or hotel transfers within 4 miles. Simply provide your flight information 2 weeks prior to arrival.
